Frequently asked questions
Are cloud eggs good for a keto diet?
Yes — cloud eggs are almost pure protein and fat with under 1g of carbs per serving, making them one of the most popular keto egg breakfasts.
Can I whip egg whites without a mixer?
Yes, with a clean whisk and some patience — about 3-4 minutes of vigorous whisking. A pinch of cream of tartar helps stabilize them.
